ELECTROCHEMICAL DETERMINATION OF ANTIVIRAL DRUG FAMCICLOVIR IN HUMAN SERUM SAMPLES AT BORON-DOPED DIAMOND ELECTRODE

چکیده

The electrochemical oxidation of famciclovir was investigated in pH range 2.0-10.0 using differential pulse voltammetry at boron-doped diamond electrode. experimental results from and scan rate studies showed that the behavior boron doped electrode irreversible diffusion-controlled. Also, by technique electrode, anodic peak current is obtained to be linear over concentration 0.5 µM - 12 6 100 4.7 acetate buffer solution (ABS) for standard drug human serum, respectively. Limits detection were 0.022 0.42 repeatability, reproducibility, selectivity, precision accuracy developed method all media calculated. This successfully applied analysis serum samples.
